Nations
Housing Assurance, Inc. (NHA) was established to provide low
and moderate income individuals and families with affordable
housing in the neighborhoods they traditionally reside in.
We use unique modular construction and budgetary property
purchasing techniques to accomplish this. We offer 3 and 4
bedroom, 2 or 2 1/2 bath modular homes ranging from 1,148[/]
to 1,916[/]. Prices range from $114,000 to $170,000, including
the lot. If you already have your property the prices range
from $87,000 to $155,000.
NHA
is licensed and registered as an Industrialized Builder with
the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. Such license
allows NHA to build and install modular housing in the State
of Texas, under license IHB-1078. NHA has a working relationship
with several modular manufacturers in Fort Worth and Austin,
Texas to build and supply our modular homes. All homes are
built of the highest quality materials in our manufacturer's
climate controlled factories and meet or exceed Industrialized
Housing and Building (IHB) requirements, the International
Residential Code (IRC), the Standard Codes published by the
Southern Building Code Congress International (SBCCI), the
Uniform Codes published by the International Conference of
Building Officials (ICBO) and the International Codes published
by the International Code Council (ICC). They are then delivered
to our sites and finished using the same high quality workmanship
you would see in more costly site-built homes. All homes are
placed on a post and beam concrete foundation with a perimeter
stem wall that meets or exceeds state and city guidelines
or codes.
